Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly 15 years of experience working directly with children and adolescents with Autism as well as supervising ABA therapists. Ashley began her ABA career in the New York City public school system as a special education teacher. Her experience working with children with autism includes the private school setting as well as in-home therapy. Ashley has participated in clinical research studies and presented at various ABA conferences. She received a BA in Psychology and English with a minor in Woman Studies from Lafayette College. Ashley completed her Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from New York University (Steinhardt School) where she was inducted into the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society. Ashley holds a dual certification in early childhood education and special education in the state of New York. She completed her post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pennsylvania State University.
Chelsea is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 7 years of experience providing care to children, adolescents and adults with Autism and various other Developmental Disabilities, as well as supervising ABA therapists and prospective BCBAs. Chelsea's ABA journey began when she moved from New Jersey to San Diego, California and started as a behavior therapist, quickly working her way up to a lead therapist and then entering a supervisory role creating treatment plans for individuals with severe challenging behaviors. Chelsea has experience working in home, community, center and school settings and incorporates a multidisciplinary approach in her practice as a Behavior Analyst. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Special Education from Marist College and completed her Master of Arts in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University.
